A Ruth & Sons is a 4th generation family owned real estate company founded in 1894. We own, manage and lease office buildings, retail and residential properties throughout the NY, Metropolitan area.

What started as a one man office in Spring Valley, N.Y has grown into a diversified company with locations in Manhattan, Nassau, Queens and Westchester counties as well as Livingston, New Jersey. This knowledge of various markets puts A. Ruth & Sons in a unique position to quickly respond to changing conditions and react accordingly.

A Ruth & Sons has ample resources and stable ownership to meet tenant’s needs. We are also interested in acquiring well located retail properties applying a value added approach.
